The Summer Intensive will cover a word for word translation and detailed exploration of the meanings, lessons, and guidance of three very important chapters of the Quran: Saba, Fāṭir, and YāSīn.

Allah ﷻ says in Sūrah Fāṭir, "O humanity! It is you who stand in need of Allah, but Allah ˹alone˺ is the Self-Sufficient, Praiseworthy." As human beings, we naturally tend to think very highly of ourselves. Oftentimes, we are deluded by our strengths, capabilities, knowledge, and advancements in science, technology, and, medicine. This leads to an attitude of self-aggrandizement, arrogance, and pride. Allah ﷻ humbles us by reminding us that we are in absolute need of Him, while He ﷻ has no need for us or for anyone or anything else. All three of these chapters explore themes and ideas that are related to tazkiyah (spiritual refinement) and tarbiyah (personal development) that will help nurture and develop our relationship with Allah ﷻ and His divine words.
